An acquaintance swears that this service is great...
Wondering if anyone has had any experience with it and what is your recommendation?

I guess I can't put a url in here but...nba best bet is their name?

Website looks very weak, which should be enough to tell me it's bullshit.

Just lookin' for feedback.

Thanks everyone.

Never heard of them. If it's the site that you listed it brings you to a chase system, which I'd avoid at all costs. You're probably better off following several of the guys in the NBA forum. Mistermj is 47-26 on his NBA picks, which will add to the bankroll in a hurry.

First off...it looks like an infomercial in print! :ohno:

By this statement "you will not lose a premium selection series" makes me think that it is a chase system. My question is...what do they consider a "series"? :nono5:

Also, If it sounds too good to be true...it usually is! :puke1:

You definately can not trust a guy that says "as god as my witness" or similiar phrases repeatedly in his sales pitch.

Just my opinion...

Yeah, I think it is a chase system that makes you buy points. I bet anything except hoops, so I'm pretty clueless about hoops and all of these "systems."

jd west is awesome, Hsw doing well, special K 20*

dont you mean gd west? I really hate hsw. I don't know if they still do it, but they used to release their plays really late because they copy whoever is hot or ride whoever everyone else is on.

No doubt.

Like I said, I'm just clueless in hoops--can't stand it, nevr bet it.

Could you just enlighten me a bit on chase systems?

My buddy sounds like he's about to sink some serious cash into their gospel, and I need a decent argument or two. I saw that website and said this is scamsville proper, but he's apparently already playing it and is ready to go DEEP. I already gave my anti-tout speech to no avail.

Thanks for the help.

A chase system is essentially doubling-up your bet size after a loss and playing it out until you win a game. In theory, you could lose 9 games in a row, but if you win your 10th bet, the system sellers consider it a win.

Say you start out betting $10 and lose, then you bet $20. If you win, you start over and bet $10. If you lose your second bet, you then bet $40. If you win, you start a new sequence at $10. If you lose your third bet, you them bet $80 and so on.....

(Since they want you to buy three points and basically lay -170, a better example would be to start off with a $17 bet and if you lose your next bet would be roughly $47. If you lose that bet your wager jumps up to $130, then $358, etc., all while trying to win a whopping $10. Should you lose your first four bets, which isn't unheard of, suddenly you're risking $990 bucks.)

For the system sellers, there's no limit on bankroll size or betting limits, so eventually every system will end up winning. In reality, a six-game losing streak will require a bankroll of over $4,200 and a sportsbook that will accept a $2,700 basketball wager. And this is to win $10.

I always knew that chase systems were no good! But to see it wrote out like this, I do not see how anyone would risk all that $$$ for $10, $20....or any amount...just not worth it! :nono5:
